We currently ship within Australia only. All goods are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers within 2 - 3 business days of receipt of your order. If any items ordered are out of stock, when the order is placed, we will contact you to find a replacement item or to refund the item. Shipping is charged at $15 flat rate and includes postage or courier costs as well as packaging and handling fees. The exception to this is where the goods are bulky then postage rates may rise.
Whilst we try to meet customers deadlines we DO NOT guarantee a definite delivery date. Please note that once we hand your order to a third party, like a courier or Australia Post, we have no control over it and cannot and will not accept responsibility for any delays in shipping, damages or losses.
All of our chocolate and confectionery products are stored in an airconditioned space and leave our premises in excellent condition. After we hand your order to Australia Post or any other carrier or transport agency the onus for damage or deterioration of any of our products lies with the delivery service. Please keep this in mind when ordering chocolate products during the hot weather months.
To ensure that your confectionery and chocolates arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, we may delay the despatch of chocolates if the weather is extemely hot.
Orders in warmer months will not be sent on Thursday or Friday, to avoid the possibility of heat damaged stock, if it is left in a delivery van or freight warehouse over a weekend.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic there will be no signatures required for parcels to keep the delivery contactless.
